2.  If you are in contact with your local host, you can make the check out to the host's name and mail it together with the registration form to the address the host has indicated to you. Otherwise please make the check payable to BVC and mail it together with the registration form to:

With a non-refundable but transferable deposit of $100 you can reserve your space, the full amount is due 30 days before the event.

Please note:  fees do NOT include lodging or meals. After we have received both your payment and the registration form, you will receive via e-mail details on the event schedule and location, travel information and lodging options, as soon as they become available through the host for your location.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests received 21 days prior to the seminar will receive a full refund, less the transferable $100 deposit. Cancellation requests received after that time will be fully transferable, and non-refundable.

Acknowledgment of Release:

Tallgrass Publishers, Spirits in Transition, Ella Bittel, hosts and agents may not be held responsible for travel arrangement cancellations caused by class cancellation due to weather or any other reasons. 

We reserve the right, at our discretion and without explanation, to keep a person from registering for the seminar or to require a participant to leave a seminar. Any refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, again, at our discretion.
